Apricot Jam

Not only can this accompany a roasted or BBQ pork or chicken dish (put on top the last 5 minutes of roasting or continually baste on the BBQ) but is also great with breakfast or lunch. Also great on brie cheese as an appetizer.

This item is seasonal and Edible Creations only uses "fresh" apricots. Last season was a very short apricot season, and all the apricot jams sold out quickly. Make sure you secure your supply of the apricot jams before they're gone!

Shelf life is one year! Once open, refrigerate and will last about 3 months. Made with no preservatives, only sugar, apricots, pectin, and a teaspoon of butter.
